Fit90 LLC Terms of Use

2. Description of Services: Fit90 LLC offers a comprehensive fitness program designed to promote weight loss and improve overall fitness over a 90-day period. This includes access to our proprietary app, personalized workout and nutrition plans, and support through weekly guidance calls.

3. User Responsibilities:

• Users must follow all program guidelines, including exercise and dietary recommendations, and use the Fit90 LLC app and other technologies as directed.
• Users are responsible for confirming their physical and medical suitability to engage in an intensive fitness program. We advise consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness regimen.

4. Payment and Billing:

• Users agree to adhere to the payment terms as detailed in our billing policy for the duration of the program.
• Non-payment or delayed payment may result in the suspension or termination of access to Fit90 LLC services.
